AKVIS OilPaint Review

AKVIS Oil Paint Software is one of a kind! We must admit that this software is unique in it's own way. Ever wished that you could paint the sky on a canvas? I know I wish I had the ability to oil paint images of people and things I see in nature. That's where AKVIS comes into play. It allows amateurs like myself the ability to turn any image into an oil painting with the press of a few buttons in the software! I'll show some before and after shots from images that were turned into oil paintings using the AKVIS Oil Paint Software. The image below was taken in my neighborhood. Let's see what the software was able to do!

As you can see from the before and after pictures, the AKVIS Oil Paint Software does a wonderful job creating an oil painting. In the software there are various presets that allow the user to choose which kind of texture the oil painting will have. Each preset is able to be adjusted by the user in order to squeak to a desire look. For those who are very familiar with oil painting, I would recommend that you modify the presets to your liking. If you are a novice like myself, I suggest that you allow default values for the selected preset to stay the same!

I will be honest and say that I was a bit skeptical about using this software at first. After having hands on experience with the software, I can honestly say that AKVIS did a wonderful job with ensuring that they got it right! As stated earlier, even if you are not a professional artist, AKVIS oil paint will allow you to impress your family and friends!
